A piece of history you can touch

Maschpark was laid out back in 1900 and was the first public park in Hanover. Back then, it was designed as an English landscape garden, and this charm has been preserved to this day. With its gently curving paths, the pond in the middle and the spacious lawns, the park offers a little journey back in time. It is also exciting that the Maschpark still retains its historical significance today - it is located right next to the imposing New Town Hall, which was also built at the beginning of the 20th century.
