The Mauritius-Mediathek unites the Wiesbaden City Library, the Music Library and the Media Center under one roof. All citizens are invited to use this communal cultural and educational facility as a social, intergenerational meeting place, learning venue and cozy communication center - and of course to borrow books, films, music and media of all kinds! With a completely new architectural design language and a sophisticated color concept, the diversity and value of the media is emphasized here.

The Mauritius Mediathek invites you to browse and browse, the path through the floors is inspiring. It combines tradition and modernity, from printed books to the latest online media, e-books and the latest communication technology. But books are still the "stars" here: almost 200,000 works of fiction, non-fiction and young people's literature invite you to read. There are also thousands of films, music CDs, audio books, magazines, sheet music and much more.
