The company philosophy of solaris FZU gGmbH Sachsen gave rise to the idea and planning concept of our current multi-generation house (MGH) back in 2005. The house at Irkutsker Straße 15 in Chemnitz-Kappel has a unique selling point. Since 2012, the three independent facilities have been completely organized by the sponsor and form an ideal and unique basis for intergenerational work. The site is home to the Kappelino daycare facility with a children's house and external after-school care for children aged between 1 and 10 years, the solaris-TREFF children's and youth center, an open child and youth work facility for children, young people and young families aged between 6 and 27 years, and the Kappel district meeting point, which is primarily aimed at the neighborhood in the Kappel district with a mostly older and elderly population. The particular strength of our work on site is that we can respond quickly and flexibly to the needs of the users of the building and the neighbors in the district.
