Esslingen's municipal cinema - the KOKI - has been organizing the film event Kino der Burg since 1993. Every year, tens of thousands of visitors come and take a seat on the chairs or the picnic blankets they have brought with them to immerse themselves in great movie worlds on the meadow of the castle grounds. A wonderful tip for movie fans and balmy summer nights.
