Quartiermeister is more than just a beer. Quartiermeister is a whole cosmos! A social enterprise balanced for the common good, consisting of three strong entities: a limited liability company, a voluntary association and a charitable foundation. All three entities - or pillars - take on different tasks in this cosmos and make Quartiermeister what it is. Our vision is a common good economy for the benefit of all.We have been committed to this since 2010 by donating a portion of our proceeds to social and cultural projects in the region. These projects are united by the fact that they are open to all people and enable them to participate in society. Because that's what matters to us: We believe that together we can actively influence what the world of tomorrow will look like. Quartiermeister is our way of getting a little closer to this belief. We love beer and now have no less than eight different varieties to offer. Two independent and medium-sized breweries produce Quartiermeister for us according to their own recipes. All ingredients come from Germany and, as far as possible, from regional cultivation areas. We sell different varieties in the various regions of Germany. In the NORD region (all German states except Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg) you get seven varieties. In the SOUTH region (Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg) we offer you four varieties of Quartiermeister.

We cooperate with two independent private breweries: Most of Germany (all states except Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria) is supplied by the family-run Stadtbrauerei Wittichenau in Upper Lusatia, while the Gut Forsting cooperative bre wery near Munich produces for the south. We made a conscious decision to work with independent and regional breweries. In this way, we want to strengthen the small-scale beer industry, which is exposed to the pressure of large industrial groups.
