The radish is called "coffee and memories" - and not without reason.

We belong to and are located at the beautiful Neustadt cemetery. We love recipes that inspire memories. That's why we've been collecting recipes from your grandmas and grandpas since we opened in 2012. We regularly feature dishes on the menu that your grandparents used to eat:
-Pellkartoffeln mit Kräuterquark, Senfeier or hausgemade Käsespätzle are just a few of our perennial favorites.

Making the right purchasing decisions is a matter close to our hearts. Although our motto is "as much Fairtrade and quality as possible", we are not dogmatic about this, but also pay attention to the CO2 footprint of the respective product.

For example: We prefer to opt for seasonal apples from the region rather than the -equivalent from Chile.
We only buy -quality eggs and milk.

Food recycling is very important to us! We throw away as little as possible when it comes to radishes. Everything can be reprocessed! Nowadays it's called the zero waste movement, in the past it was simply leftover cooking. That probably best describes what Radieschen is - where past, present and future meet.
