About us

The Schaumburg is a 150sqm old workshop hall that has been used as a studio and exhibition space by artists from the Bonn area since 2015.

Since 2024, the program has been curated by Bonn artist Pablo Giménez.

In addition to cultural events such as exhibitions, concerts and readings, courses in various disciplines are held regularly. The Schaumburg has a fully equipped precision forging workshop, a darkroom for analog photography and a screen printing workshop.

The Schaumburg is a safe space for queer people and is barrier-free except for the toilets.
