No Tübingen summer without open-air cinema. The carefully selected and varied program is made up of internationally successful films, artistically valuable small films, impressive documentaries and ingenious animated films. A mixture of thriller, drama, comedy, fantasy and, of course, a cult film in a class of its own. The unusual ambience attracts the audience even before the movie starts. A place to meet up with friends and enjoy the various culinary delights.

ADMISSION PRICES

CINEMA EVENTS:

Stalls / Grandstand: €12 per person
Deckchair: €18 per person incl. bottled drink
Sofa lounge (covered): €25 per person incl. cocktail, wine etc.

CONCERTS, READINGS, COMEDY have different prices, please check directly at the event.

Tickets are only available online in advance. Unfortunately no Box Office!

ADVANCE TICKET SALES

Tickets for all events can only be purchased online via this website, via Facebook www.facebook.com/sommernachtskino-tuebingen, Kinoheld.de.

The seats can be reserved by PLACE. This way you can secure your favorite seats in advance. Unfortunately, tickets cannot be returned if you are unable to attend or fall ill.

FEES

All prices include the statutory value-added tax and the advance booking fee of the providers.

TICKET RETURNS / EXCHANGES

The event takes place - like every open-air event - in all weathers. No refunds for no-shows. A refund of purchased tickets is only possible if the event is completely canceled. This will only take place in the event of imminent acute danger. In this case you will receive a message from us.

An interruption of the event of up to 30 minutes must be tolerated.

For organizational reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to exchange purchased tickets for other seats.

Beverage codes that have already been purchased can also be redeemed on another day of the event in the same year if you do not attend.

SUN & RAIN

The event takes place - as is usual for every open-air event - in all weather conditions, regardless of whether it is sunny or raining. On hot days, please remember to wear sunscreen and headgear, and in the rain, appropriate rainproof clothing. Unfortunately, umbrellas are not permitted at open-air cinemas as they restrict the view of other spectators. Our site is quite sheltered from the wind behind the technical town hall. An event will only be canceled if there is an imminent acute danger. If the situation is unclear, we will inform you via our homepage; we will communicate a cancellation by email.

DOGS

Only assistance dogs are allowed on the premises.

SMOKING

Smoking is permitted at the bar tables and in the beer garden. However, we ask you NOT to smoke in the spectator area, as it could disturb people around you.

ACCESSIBILITY

The event site is barrier-free. There is of course a wheelchair-accessible toilet at ground level.

• With a degree of severity above GdB 50 and a Kreisbonuscard from the district of Tübingen, you will receive Free admission. In this case, please enclose a copy of the Tübingen district bonus card in addition to the copy of your disabled person's ID card.
• Registered accompanying persons (license plate B) of persons with disabilities also receive Free admission. In this case, please also send a copy of your disabled person's ID card AND name the accompanying person.

Hearing and understanding possible with an inductive hearing system: An inductive hearing system is installed in the stalls (rows 4 to 15). Would you like to use it? Then please book your seat in this area. To use the inductive hearing system, please switch your hearing aid or cochlear implant to "T" at the start of the event.

LANGUAGE VERSIONS

Most films will be shown in German. This year we are showing several films with German subtitles. (and also in German via airpods) What's new is that you can now experience (almost) every movie in the original language at the same time. We transmit the original soundtrack directly to your own Airpods or any headphones, regardless of whether you have an iPhone or an Android phone. This gives you the choice of enjoying the movie either in the German dubbed version via loudspeakers or in the original version via Airpozu.
