The St. Pauli Ruin in Dresden's Hechtviertel district is a modern venue with a unique flair. The ruin has been run by the non-profit TheaterRuine St. Pauli e.V. since 1999 and has established itself as one of the most popular summer theaters in Dresden. In 2012, the dilapidated ruin was sensitively renovated; roof and side glazing now protect the old walls from further decay and our guests from the weather. From April to October, visitors can experience a varied theater and concert program as well as extraordinary events - in a charming setting between a historic sacred building and airy glass and steel architecture. The St. Pauli Ruin can be hired for guest performances, corporate events, receptions, etc.
