When Roberto Albanese and Uta Albanese ended their dance career as active professional dancers, they wanted to realize their great wish and create a training facility and dance school for dancers in Bremen.
Together with the Grün-Gold-Club Bremen, the idea of a talent factory in the youth sector in combination with a dance school for "everyone", from children to adults, was realized.
In April 2004, the Tanzarena dance school opened its doors to all dance enthusiasts in Bremen. When the owners of Tanzarena Roberto Albanese, Uta Albanese and Ute Logemann invited guests to the opening party, athletes and officials from all of Bremen's dance clubs as well as Bremen's sports senator Thomas Röwekamp attended.

Just one year later, the new rooms were bursting at the seams due to high demand and a new hall was added. In 2019, the dance school was significantly expanded: with the takeover of the Stegmann dance school in Bremen Hastedt, three more spacious rooms were added - where the competent team can teach everyone how to dance.

Roberto Albanese and Uta Albanese are undoubtedly among Bremen's most popular citizens. After all, they are the ones who made history in formation dancing in Bremen. The results of the past few years speak for themselves.
It was also their popularity that earned Roberto and Uta an invitation to Hape Kerkeling's show "Let's Dance" on RTL in 2006. They danced their way into the hearts of viewers and became celebrated RTL Let's Dance stars.

Today, the Tanzarena dance school offers dance students aged 3 months to 93 years a home and meets all the requirements of a modern dance school.
