We have been the organizer of city tours in Munich for 25 years.

With around 100 city guides, 20 actors and 10 permanent employees, we are a strong team.

Weis(s)e Stadtvogel was founded in 1998 by Heinz Taubmann at the age of 22 as a sole proprietorship. Two years later, he was joined by Ina Bergmann, who drove the company forward with a lot of commitment and great ideas. She led the first night watchman tour in Munich. For a long time, we didn't have our own office as we were still studying and couldn't afford permanent employees. We have always had great employees to whom we owe our current success. Claudia Neumaier has put her heart and soul into the company from the very beginning and now runs our annual training course. Together with Sibylle Hartmann, we created tours that are unique. Initially, we only had the Munich Old Town tour on the program. We all enjoyed it so much that we gradually expanded our offer to include themed city tours such as hangmen, whores, witches, city tours by bike, bus and streetcar and much more.

Since 2018, we have been a limited company with two managing partners.

We have set numerous trends in Munich:. Adventure tours with drama, tours with the night watchman, the hangman or with the maid are only available from us.

With our Viktualienmarkt tasting tour, we were the first culinary city tour in Germany. When we brought the Brezenreiter out of its slumber in 2005, we revived a piece of the city's history.

On foot, by bus, bike or streetcar, with or without culinary delights - the in-depth training and many years of experience of our staff as well as their expertise and reliability guarantee the high quality of our guided tours.

Our professional team, a large collection of historical costumes and our many years of cooperation with cultural and culinary institutions enable us to offer a diverse portfolio.
