Lovingly pegging social norms from behind with warming, incisive stand-up and playful audience interaction, High Hoe is Anna’s 3rd solo hour following Creampie Curious and Creampie Clarity, which both had success at the Edinburgh Fringe and Melbourne International Comedy Festivals in 2023 and 2024. High Hoe has already toured Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg and will premier at this year’s Edinburgh Fringe.

From Slut City comes an hour of honest loving stand-up. Would a hoe by any other name stank as sweet? Why not go pro? Can we reward ourselves without rimming junkiedom? What’s up with narcissists? How much motherhood can you afford?

Dating might have morphed into auditioning potential dads, but the auditions are no less outrageous or entertaining. All to the delight of a willing audience.”

Anna is a Kiwi-born, Melbourne-raised, Berlin-based stand-up comedian. Starting standup in January 2018, she’s been an independent full-time comedian since October 2022. Anna’s written for Comedy Central DE, hosts the YouTube channel Ersties Nonsense, has the podcast, Adults ONLY Comedy Berlin and produces and hosts 5 weekly shows in Berlin. Playing her solos at the Edinburgh Fringe and Melbourne International Comedy Festivals in 2023 and 2024, she also played Leicester Comedy Festival 2024, Adelaide Fringe 2023 and has toured them through Germany, Switzerland, France, Czech Republic, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Her other credits include opening for April Macie on US military bases around Germany 2024, for Ian Fidance in Berlin 2019 and for Luca Ravenna & Stefano Rapone in Italian in Berlin 2022.
