Blood Incantation's 2024 album Absolute Elsewhere defined anew musical epoch as much as 21st century metal itself. Intotal the piece hovers at nearly 45 minutes, their longest fulllength recording yet, the album’s two movements are asconfounding as they are engaging, exponentially expandingupon the formulas laid down by their scene-shatteringdebut Starspawn (2016) and landmark follow up HiddenHistory of the Human Race (2019).
