To all ambitious women* in Cologne: We're launching a free run club!
🟣 Beginner-friendly (recommended fitness level: you exercise 1-2 times per week)
🟣 Led by Aysel and Dasha – experienced (half) marathon runners
🟣 Occasionally featuring coaching and networking tips
🟣 Location: Köln-Lindenthal
Session plan for Sunday, March 23rd:
🟣 5-10 minute warm-up
🟣 30 minutes of jogging with a 1-minute break every 5 minutes
🟣 Followed by cool down and stretching
🟣 Total session time: approximately 45-50 minutes
Afterwards, we’ll grab a coffee or matcha and chat, network, and relax together!
