This series aims to provide a regular space to kiki
(= have fun & laugh with each other) while casually competing in traditional Ballroom categories such as Face, Realness, Runway, Body or Voguing aka Performance.

No matter if you are already in Ballroom, just a beginner or interested to get to know the culture, everybody is welcome to join this monthly function.
Come & jam with each other on the dancefloor before & after the function with our DJs @big_honey315, @you_did_it_right & noe_dasilva_ serving us the fabbest beats! 🔥

Ballroom is a culture that was coined by LGBTQIA* Black & Brown people from New York (Harlem) with Black & Latinx trans* women pioneering the scene.
A Kiki Function (or a Kiki Ball) is about having fun, the competition level is not the first priority.
If you enjoy fashion, dance, and creativity, this can be your space to express yourself freely and learn a thing or two on the way. For existing members of the community, it can give them a chance to practice their craft or try out new categories they have never walked before or would not walk at major balls.
Disclaimer: This series is not a Kiki ball, but a community function with a set of categories per night to come together, learn with each other & celebrate one another.
