he Impro Embassy and The Ratibor Theatre are very proud to present Canadian comedian, actor, writer and director Kevin McDonald. Best known for being a member of legendary Canadian sketch comedy troupe “The Kids in the Hall” who have appeared together in a number of stage, tv and film productions, most notably the 88-95 TV series. He's been on such TV shows as “Friends”, “Seinfeld” and “That 70's Show” as well as in Disneys Lilo and Stitch just to name a few. Recently he’s been performing his rock opera in progress, “Kevin McDonald Superstar”.
Known for his high-strung characters, wild voice and humble nature, Kevin always surprises his audiences with his unconventional comedy. It’s easy to see why he’s a national treasure in Canada.
This night he will improvise with The Embassy’s own Lee White (The Lorilees, The Marbelles, Crumbs) for the first half, full of comedy and weird characters. Then a short interview/Q&A session after the intermission. The two have improvised together before in Canada and are excited to play together again. Kevin is highly regarded in Canada as a hero of comedy it is a great pleasure to host him on this special night.
