It's going to happen and we can't wait: The duo MIC IN THE FACE IS NOT ON PURPOSE will play their first release show and present their new EP. Supported by amazing acts like Nymphaea Collective, Julez and no:elia.

We will create a mixture of clubnight and concert, crazy lights, crazy sounds and a atmosphere in between of electronic trip and movie scene. It's going to be f*ing epic.

MIC IN THE FACE IS NOT ON PURPOSE is a project by Cologne based drummer Jo Beyer and Dutch singer and songwriter Fré. It explores the idea of everyone on the planet with access to social media having a platform these days. How do we use it? Are we aware of its power? Would we say the things we comment to someone’s face? MITF deals with these questions and extends it to the platform musicians have, how do they use it, when you’re on that stage, what do you choose to say?

This duo represents a mix of electronic dance music, electronica and avant pop with many small elements that always provide surprises and distinguish this music from continuous Four on the Floor - EDM.

Supported by different DJs and live acts playing a mix of Deep Techhouse, Melodic House and Experimental EDM.
