On Sunday, July 27, Paul Peifer is coming to Berlin from the Mosel with one mission: 

launch his brand new Blanc de Blanc Chardonnay Sekt Brut Nature — and pour the first bottles himself. 

No shops. No lists. No sneak previews. 

 

This is it. The only chance to taste it before the rest of the world even knows what’s coming. 

To match the moment, we’re throwing a brunch party at Lobby 030. 

We asked a friend from Amsterdam to come cook — no names, just fire. He’s building a menu around the sekt, and it's going to go off. 

The terrace is open, the vibes are dialed, the sekt is cold, and the guest list’s looking sharp.
