New Prenatal Yoga course in Maxvorstadt - Monday at 8.30

In our prenatal yoga classes, we flow through sequences that are specially tailored to pregnancy: mixing up powerful as well as relaxing exercises to support the female body during this special time. With specific movements as well as breathing and meditation exercises, we comfort and strengthen body and mind for challenges before and during birth itself.

Participation is recommended from the 13th week of pregnancy until birth. If the pregnant woman has any physical complaints or concerns about participating, she should consult a doctor or midwife beforehand. No prior yoga experience is required.
