We will cook 3 types of pasta, the pasta will be hand-rolled according to traditional methods and with the use of ancient flours.
The “Busiate” a typical pasta from Trapani with tomato pesto, garlic, almonds and cheese;
Ravioli filled with ricotta cheese and aubergine sauce;
Spaghetti alla Carrettiera, a recipe linked to the Valle del Platani area which involves a condiment based on oil, raw garlic, pepper and grated pecorino cheese, sun dried tomatoes and much more;

With a duration ranging from 3 to 4 hours, participants are immersed in the culinary traditions of Sicily.
We provide all the essentials, ensuring a seamless experience, complete with a welcome drink, UNLIMITED Sicilian red and white wine, shots, and water throughout the class.
At the end of the class each participant will receive a recipe booklet complete with all the information given during the class.
