SIP! Sundays are back, and we have a whole new programme of music lined up for you over the course of the next three summer months, kicking off with The Mighty Mocambos on June 8th. What started as a jam band by school friends while still in their teens, the Mighty Mocambos went on to become spearheads of the contemporary funk movement. Their distinctive raw funk DIY approach have gained them a worldwide following. Their list of famous collaborators is impressive, among them Afrika Bambaataa, Lee Fields, Ice-T, Charlie Funk, Peter Thomas and Kenny Dope. Also on the day, occupying the hallowed SIP! sofa, will be Berlin-based Argentinian DJ: Sagan whose eclectic sets and refusal to conform to a single style have been making waves inBerlin's music scene since 2018. Opening up proceedings will be none other than our very own family affair - the Zenner All Stars. See you down by the water – it’s gonna be hot!
