In this workshop, you’ll learn:
- How to make 3 plant-based fresh pastas at home – Together we'll craft three types of pasta: cavatelli, pici, and culurgiones, each paired with a plant-based sauce that's easy to recreate at home.
- The background and history of the dishes - We will share stories about our connection with them, and the surprising lessons they can teach us about plant-based cooking.
- Customizing your pastas and sauces – Along the way, we will pass down our own knowledge with tips and tricks on the pasta-making process—on ingredient choices, adjusting flavors, and preparation techniques.
