This Saturday! Stuffings workshop + dinner!
We'll be making a few different types of stuffed vegetables, with “build your own stuffing”.
We'll start by talking about the cultural importance of this type of cooking: slow (the act of stuffing and the cooking), communal working, an opportunity for conversation and creativity and much more.
We'll continue by showing you how to prep the different sauces and vegetables for stuffing and we'll prep together the ingredients for the stuffing itself.
Then, we'll get to work and you will choose which vegetables you want to stuff and what goes in your stuffing, making a tray of stuffed delights to take and bake home. With instructions of course.
We'll finish at the table with a dinner of stuffed vegetables made for you by our chefs, bread (to soak all the delicious sauces) and dips (because we are extra).
