DANCE NHOW EUROPE TOUR 2025

It is happening! With our dance nhow tour we are travelling through the iconic venues of nhow Hotels in Europe. 

THIS IS EDEN is our legendary guided dance activation designed to connect. 

These sessions follow a designed flow of science-based practices, movement and breathwork. Wearing wireless headsets, you’ll be fully immersed in a sound-rich experience - guided by our voice and electronic music.

We practice while being surrounded by incredible people, banging music, and an incredible vibe. We’ll move. We’ll breathe. We’ll laugh.

You’ll leave feeling energized, light and full of life. 

Why dance? 

In a world that is moving faster than ever, dance can be a powerful tool to improve mental and physical well-being. It helps reduce stress by stimulating endorphin release and fostering emotional expression. - 18:00 - 18:30: Come enjoy the incredible vibes
- 18:30 - 19:30: Dance activation by Kim
- 19:30 - 20:00: Drinks, music & enjoy the incredible view 
Feel free to join us for Lobby Loco and enjoy a drink downstairs in our new BPM bar after the session

PRACTICAL
- Wear comfortable clothes
- All levels are welcome: no experience at all is required
- The event language is English
