The Brutalist 70mm

As one of the few cinemas in Germany that can still play 70mm films, we are delighted to be able to exclusively present DER BRUTALIST in 70mm film print.

Let yourself be fascinated by a high-quality version of the analog film era, with more color variety and depth, a better-drawn image, precise black tones and a softer analog image.

Shot in the VistaVision wide format, a 35mm format in which the film is not transported vertically but horizontally, resulting in a negative that is twice as large as a normal 35mm film. The only way to project VistaVision analog today without a loss of quality is a 70mm print. This format is closer to an 8K projection and therefore offers more possibilities for detail reproduction.
