This summer, embark on an unforgettable journey where body, voice, sea, and creativity converge.

Two opportunities to join:
🔹 June 13–23, 2025
🔹 September 8–28, 2025 (tbc)
📍 Northern Aegean Sea, Greece

Set sail aboard the LAFRI, a unique vessel where performance meets nature. This immersive experience offers a creative laboratory for performing artists, interdisciplinary creators, and researchers. 

The Urge of Being is a four-phase expedition:

1. Online preparation
    
2. Land-based orientation workshop
    
3. 10-day sailing and creative exploration
    
4. Final workshop and site-specific performance
    

Together we’ll navigate the Sporades, dive into physical and vocal training, explore the most wild Greek islands, and co-create a performance shaped by the journey itself.
