UPDATE refers to topicality - a snapshot of our times and at the same time a look into a possible future. The VBK's group exhibition reflects this outlook and entices the audience to contemplate the different positions.
 
The deliberate absence of a curation leaves an open space between the various forms of artistic expression. Painting, sculpture, photography, digital art and experimental media stand side by side on an equal footing, demonstrating the diversity of artistic exploration within the Verein Berliner Künstler and inviting visitors to engage with the development of art in general.
