Das sagt die Seite:

Experience communion with nature through guided practices that bridge traditional wisdom and modern understanding of our bodies and minds.

Trees, plants, and the changing seasons offer wisdom that can inform and inspire us—but accessing this knowledge requires a different pace and presence.

Berlin Breath Walks offers a pathway to reconnect with nature through sensory awareness, expanded perception, and mythic storytelling.

The theme for April is:

The joy of discovery and novelty in the mundane.

Each Breath Walk includes

Breathing techniques - practical methods to shift attention and awareness

Sensory Exercises - discovering our natural capacity for observation

Plant Observation - learning to notice patterns and details in nature

Folk tales and mythic stories - Connecting to cultural wisdom about local flora

Reflections - invitations for personal insight

What you’ll experience

Mental space—relief from the constant input of modern life

Sharper focus—noticing details and patterns in both nature and daily life

Connection to nature—feeling more at home among trees and plants

Creative spark—fresh insights emerging naturally

Physical presence—feeling more grounded in daily activities

What to Bring

Location and walking

Most walks take place in Grunewald and last 2.5 hours. You will get the exact location info. We take different paths: accessible and occasionally more adventurous, move slowly with frequent pauses for practice and observation.

Group size

It is an intimate experience, so groups are small and limited to 8 participants.
